Those early conversations helped us set goals, talk through challenges, and celebrate our wins — one week at a time. As the group grew, we added structured co-working sessions, creating focused time to make real progress together.

What started as a simple weekly ritual has grown into something much bigger. Today, Cup of Accountabili’Tea is part of Full Cup Ventures, a company dedicated to helping women in career transitions find focus, momentum, and connection through community-driven support.
