Cup of Accountabili'Tea is an online community for women who are working through something: a career change, a business idea, a project that stalled, a new chapter that hasn't quite taken shape.
We meet to work alongside each other, talk through what's in the way, and remember what each of us said we wanted to do.

You show up with whatever you're working on, and other people are working too. It's surprising how much that helps. There's a weekday afternoon session and a Sunday session, so there's an option for different schedules.
Sometimes we just get online and work for an hour. Members get an invite. Come if it fits your day, and skip it if it doesn't.
Once a week, we get together, share what's been happening, and talk through what's next.
This is where the conversation keeps going between sessions. Ask a question, share a win, or say you're stuck.

Some things are easier to work through when you can say them out loud. We add conversations and gatherings around what members want to talk about, explore, or figure out together.
