Progress doesn't have to be solitary, and having people who notice is its own kind of support. You don't have to earn your way in. You just have to come.

Show up, say what you're working on, and do the thing. Other women working right alongside you. No performance required.
It's a lot harder to wander off into your phone when someone's there with you.
Once a week, we get together, share what’s been happening, and figure out what’s next. Part check-in, part think-out-loud session, part collective exhale. This is the heart of the community.
